Tier 3: Visibility & Tracking – Terms of Agreement

1. Products Provided

7-Page Conversion Build: Data-optimized architecture.
Inclusions: All features from Essential and Core tiers.
Tracking Stack: Google Tag Manager, GA4 Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Ads tracking.

2. Project Timeline & Build Calls

Estimated Completion: 25–30 Business Days.
Call Schedule: 8 Total Strategic Calls (60 minutes each).
- 1 Onboarding Strategy Call.
- 6 Weekly Milestone Build Calls.
- 1 System Orientation Call.

3. Payment & Fees

Service Fee: 2 payments of $2650
Support: Access to Bi-weekly Office Hours.
Standard Terms
- Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
- Client Responsibilities: Client is responsible for supplying all content (text, images, logos) and providing timely feedback.
- Warranty: 30-day warranty from launch date for bugs and technical issues within scope.
- Cancellation: 30 days’ written notice required; work completed up to cancellation is non-refundable.
- A2P Compliance: Company handles registration; Client must provide Legal Business Name and Tax ID for carrier approval.
